**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that since the terms of the compromise were not complied with, as such, he is opposing the present petition. Since the aggrieved party is not agreeable to the compromise, therefore, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after entering into a genuine compromise.

It is clarified that filing and dismissal of present petition shall not come in the way in case fresh petition is filed.
