(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.202 dated 03.11.2020 registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC at Police Station Samrala, Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, submits that in pursuance of order dated 01.06.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 01.06.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
