**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in case FIR No. 109 dated 5.10.2016, under Sections 363, 366A, 506 IPC and Section 6 of the POSCO Act, registered at Women Police Station, Mewat, District Mewat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite registration of the said FIR no action has been taken thereon and in this regard representation (Annexure P-1) has also been moved. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at the present moment the prayer made is limited for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 to take action on the representation (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner.

Mr. Sharad Yadav, learned DAG, Haryana is directed to accept notice on behalf of the respondents. Let two copies of the petition be served upon him during the course of the day.
