(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions submits that FIR No.561 dated 06.06.2022 has been registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 380, 447, 448, 454, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act in Police Station Shahbad, District Kurukshetra on the complaint of respondent No.5 and therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the theft in the premises of respondent No.5 has also been committed on the same day. Since both the incidents of theft have taken place on the same day in a series, therefore, the PRINCE SAINI 2022.08.17 15:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M No.25268 of 2022(O&M)  police will investigate the case in accordance with law by joining all the stakeholders.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
