(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.202 dated 11.04.2022 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Ganaur, District Sonipat. Reply dated 18.07.2023 by way of affidavit of Gorakh Pal, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ganaur, Sonipat, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
