Manik Dawar under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for getting maintenance filed by respondent No. 1 for herself and for respondents No. 2 and 3-minors from the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonipat to any Sessions Division in the State of Haryana except Sonipat or to the UT Sessions Division Chandigarh.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
