Petitioner has sought pre-arrest bail in a case registered against her under sections 406, 420 IPC at police station Dakha, District Ludhiana vide FIR No. 144 dated 16.07.2014.

At the outset, Mr. Sethi has pointed out that investigation has been completed and final report filed before the competent court. In view of above, present petition is disposed of with the direction that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial court within ten days from today and applies for regular bail, same shall be decided within ten days thereafter.
