******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate with the application for examination of Vinod Kumar son of Krishan Kumar through a medical board. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. On filing of such application, Chief Judicial Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate, Sirsa will pass appropriate order in accordance with law thereon. If the petitioner feels aggrieved thereafter, she will have liberty to approach this Court again.
