On 7.5.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "Through the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer is made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.60 dated 21.4.2024 under Section 379 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order passed by this Court in CRM-M-216802024 vide which the interim relief of pre-arrest bail has been granted to the co-accused Surjeet Kaur to submit that all the petitioners are on co-pedestal.

Today, the learned State counsel on instructions imparted to him by HC Ramesh Kumar, submits that the petitioners have already joined the investigation and they are fully co-operating with the investigation process and they are not required for any further custodial interrogation.

In view of the specific stand taken by the learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and order dated 7.5.2024 is, hereby, made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P. C.
