(Oral) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.712 dated 07.12.2018, under Sections 406/420/467/468/471 IPC, registered at Police Station Phase II, Gurugram. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to CRM-M15095-2020, decided on 29.06.2020 (P-10) whereby petitioner has been granted regular bail in FIR No392 dated 21.11.2019 under Sections 420/406/120B/201 IPC registered at Police Station DLF Phase11Gurugram, which was registered by Subhash Kumar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Arjun Singh has informed that challan has been presented on 21.04.2020 and no date has been fixed for framing of charges. There are total 14 witnesses to be examined.

Keeping in view the COVID 19 situation and the fact that trial will take some time for its conclusion, this court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Gurugram.
