The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of transfer order dated 17.03.2025 whereby she has been transferred from Ambala to Bhiwani.

The petitioner claims that she was transferred last year and as per applicable policy, she could not be transferred at least within three years. She is 55 years old and has been transferred at a far off place. She has filed representation dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-7) with respondent seeking recalling of transfer order.
