HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the petitioners are alleging the intentional and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 18.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) in CWP No.36796 of 2019 titled as Surjit Singh and others Vs. Pepsu Road Transport Corporation. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent has not decided the legal notice dated 19.08.2019 within the time frame allowed by this Court, making the respondent liable to be proceeded against under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
