(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 30.03.2016, in case, FIR No.261 dated 11.06.2004, under Sections 406, 420 and 34 IPC, Police Station Division-8, District Jalandhar.

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial court pursuant to order dated 17.10.2018. The petitioner is relegated to trial court to raise all pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition qua quashing of order dated 30.03.2016, whereby, he was declared proclaimed offender. Copy of this order be sent to trial court for information and necessary action.
