Atul Kamboj, JMIC, Faridkot and summoning order dated 15.07.2017 (Annexure P/4) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition as the parties are staying together. None is present on behalf of respondent No.2.
