Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 101 dated 26.8.2012, registered under Section(s) 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Rahon, District S.B.S.Nagar (Nawanshahr).

Petitioner and her husband, namely Surjit Ram allegedly received a payment of Rs.4,50,000/- for sending the son of the complainant abroad. But neither the son of complainant was sent abroad nor the payment was returned to him. Petitioner and her husband have been specifically named in the FIR and all the allegations are against them. The entire matter requires thorough investigation.

In view of above, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and hence, present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge November 30, 2017 "DK"
