R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 127 dated 11.10.2012 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station City, Hoshiarpur.

On instructions from ASI Rattan Chand, learned State counsel submits that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and on that basis the petitioner was acquitted vide judgment dated 03.06.2015, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hoshiarpur.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
