)/ Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents for re-employment of the petitioners (Outsourcing Policy Part-I contract Employees) in view of the order dated 10.06.2021 issued by Health Minister Haryana by which no contract employee will be replaced who was employed under Outsourcing policy Part-I. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that qua their aforesaid grievance, petitioners submitted representation dated 24.02.2022(Annexure P-3) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition. 4.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the representation dated 24.02.2022 (Annexure P-3) by passing a speaking order. 5.
