Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 52 dated 28.1.2015 under Section 420, 467, 468, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Dharuhera, Rewari Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.1.2015. Recovery of liquor was effected from canter No. GJ-12AY-8062. Petitioner is not the owner of the said vehicle. Further, as per the prosecution case, the liquor had been loaded in the vehicle which was handed over to driver Achla Ram by Anoop Singh. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioner on bail.
