compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. Heard.
In the light of inter7se relationship between the parties, the satisfaction shown by the Court and the fact that offences are not of heinous nature coupled with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.204 dated 09.09.2010 registered at Police Station Naraingarh, Distt. Ambala under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
