***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) CRM-38568-2022 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main case.

In view of the specific prayer made by the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CRMM-24738-2022, which is also fixed for today, itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

It is, however, directed that as and when any subsequent bail petition is filed in this Court, a copy of this order as well as copy of order dated 18.7.2022 shall be annexed with such petition and it shall also be ensured that 'Guru Nanak Public School Trust' is impleaded as a party whenever such petition is filed.
