*** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No. 93 dated 27.06.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 12 and 21(2) of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station Samana, District Patiala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Shamsher Singh, informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the cancellation report filed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge Fast Track Special Court, Patiala has been accepted vide order dated 20.04.2024. A copy of the said order handed over in Court today which is taken on record.
