Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance of order dated 16.2.2015 petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 18.2.2015 and the learned trial Court has admitted the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bonds.

Accordingly, the present petition has rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner shall join the proceedings pending before the trial Court and the trial shall be proceeded in accordance with law.
