The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 23.12.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished to the satisfaction of the trial court subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
