**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.51 dated 16.04.2021 registered under Sections 61/1/14 of the Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station City Ladhuwal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 19.07.2021, petitioner was directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

CRM-M-27394-2021 Gurdeep Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation of the case. Even challan has been submitted to the Court. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 19.07.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on appearing regularly before the trial Court. Petition stands disposed of.
