(ORAL) The petitioners herein seek the issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the matter, while averring that respondent No.3 is harassing them and their family members on the pretext of seeking information qua the whereabouts of the father of petitioner No.1 and they have also prayed for directing the official respondents not to take away petitioner No.1 to the Police Station and detain him there and not to raid their house after sunset and before sunrise without the search warrant and have made a further prayer that their lives and liberty be protected. Mr. S.S.Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings on behalf of all the respondents in this case in pursuance of the copies of this petition having been sent to the respondentState in advance. Court that the father of petitioner No.1 named Pawan is involved as an accused in two criminal cases registered at Police Station City Panipat vide FIR No.239 dated 20.04.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC and FIR No.242 dated 20.04.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC and the police officials had raided at the house of the petitioners to search for the said accused who is evading his arrest in the said cases and petitioner No.1 was called at the Police Station once only on 16.06.2021 to enquire about the whereabouts of his father and thereafter, he had been handed over to his guardian named Ram Narain son of Daya Singh resident of Village Lohari, District Panipat. In view of the above-mentioned submission as made by learned State counsel, it is explicit that the instant petition is devoid of any merit and the same stands dismissed accordingly. (MEENAKSHI I.
