RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondents no.4 to 6 and their men, who are harassing, humiliating and extending life threats and further threatening to kidnap the entire family of the petitioner and thereby may cause any harm to the petitioner and his family at any time. It is further prayed that direction be issued to respondent no.2 to conduct an enquiry on the complaints/representations dated 11.10.2022 and 19.12.2022, Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively moved by the present petitioner against respondents no.4 to 6 and their men and to take legal action/register case/FIR.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner MEENU 2023.05.12 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRWP-4603-2023 -2prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed to do so.
