(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate order/directions to official respondents No. 1 and 2 to protect the lives, liberty and property of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 9 and further directing respondents No. 5 to 7 to stop unnecessary enquiry upon the false and vague complaint submitted by respondent No. 8 at the instance of respondent No. 9.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondents No. 8 and 9 have not disputed the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
