**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari setting aside displacement order dated 29.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) and to allow the petitioner to continue as Extension Lecturer and not to replace her against temporary/contractual and transfer/deputation of regular employees except fresh regular appointment.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State only. He lays emphasis on clause No.23 of the Policy dated 04.03.2020 with regard to Engaging Eligible Extension Lecturers in Government Colleges, which reads as under:- AMAN JAIN 2023.05.12 13:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-10192-2023 (O&M) -2- 'All the displaced eligible Extension Lecturers will upload their bio-data on web portal with experience detail duly verified by the Principals of previous Colleges where they worked and were displaced on or after July, 2014. an email, along with copy of their experience certificate as well as their education qualifications certificates, is required to be uploaded within 72 hours after displacement by way of joining of an Assistant Professor by way of fresh appointment or transfer or deputation of regular faculty.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to upload all the requisite documents within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. On her doing so, respondent No.2-Director General, Higher Education, is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and accommodate her, in case of non-joining of an Assistant Professor by way of fresh appointment or transfer or deputation of regular faculty. 11.05.2023 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) Aman Jain JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned :
