(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would be moving an appropriate application for seeking the restoration of the petition bearing CRM-M No.38124 of 2019 which was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution vide the order dated 07.02.2020 (Annexure P-4). Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
