(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct fair and impartial inquiry regarding FIR No.200 dated 04.11.2014 registered under Sections 21/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, District Batala, District Gurdaspur, to personally look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically made in representation dated 02.12.2014 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same in RAVINDER SINGH 2015.03.12 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
