JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the official respondent No. 2 to enquire and take action against respondents No. 3. In this regard she has also approached the authorities by way of complaint dated 17.12.2017 (Annexure P-8).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the complaint dated 17.12.2017 (Annexure P-8), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the complaint dated 17.12.2017 (Annexure P-8) will be decided within a period of six weeks.
