Mr. Navraj S. Mahal, Advocate for the petitioner. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. As per the office report, notice issued to the respondent has been received back served. However, he remains unrepresented. This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as "Amarjit Singh Bains @ Guggi vs. Sam Sam @ Cham Cham" pending in the Family Court, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Nawanshahr), to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar. The petitioner claims that she along with her minor daughter is residing at Jalandhar and the respondent is already defending proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance filed by the petitioner and her minor daughter. It is also asserted that the petitioner is residing with her aged parents and has no independent source of income. Keeping in view the aforesaid uncontroverted facts, the petition
