(ORAL) It is submitted that respondents No.9 & 10 stole some equipments from the workshop of the petitioner which led to submission of a complaint before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala (respondent No.3). He marked an inquiry to respondent No.4 who has submitted a report that no theft took place. Theft is established by the wordings of compromise (Annexure P-4) and the report of the Deputy Superintendent of Police is actually incorrect. Thereafter, a representation has been submitted before respondent No.2 but no action has been taken thereupon till date. 2.

Mr. Kamalpreet Bawa, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 and waives service.
