Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 10.2.2015. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3. He has further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga-respondent No. 2 (Annexure P-4) but no action has been taken so far.
