LISA GILL , J (ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition is for directing the respondents to fix the salary of petitioner as per letter dated 26.09.2017 and release the arrears along with interest @ 24% per annum immediately. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that writ petition is rendered infructuous as amount due to him has since been released. In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
