Seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.5 to 7, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal shall not come in the way of the petitioner.
