  This petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 09.07.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender in case bearing FIR No.267 dated 23.06.2010 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Civil Lines Amritsar, Amritsar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as no further instructions in the present case are coming from the petitioner.

Disposed of as withdrawn.
