This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 21.11.2025 passed by ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Rewari vide which bail order and bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled and forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on 21.11.2025 due to wrong noting of the date by his lawyer and miscommunication. As such, ld. trial Court cancelled the bail orders of the petitioner and his bail bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State and the petitioner was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest. He further prays that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and the impugned order dated 21.11.2025 be set aside.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 21.11.2025 passed by ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Rewari. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 07 days from today at 10:00 A.M and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the same within a period of three days.
