RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of Calendra dated 09.04.2018, Annexure P-3, under Section 182 IPC as well as the impugned summoning order dated 09.04.2018 and all the consequential proceedings arising out of it. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
