(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner was running a business in the name and style of M/s Charanjit Sales along with partner Charandeep Singh and partnership was started in the year 2022. On 31.01.2024, the petitioner had exited from the partnership with Charandeep Singh and Anshuman Shoor was introduced into as partner into firm M/s Charanjit Sales and since then both Charandeep Singh and Anshuman Shoor are partners and both are husband and wife. One person namely Narinder Singh had given some money for investment into M/s Charanjit Sales and one cheque was issued to Narinder Singh. The said cheque was dishonored and against the same an application against the present petitioner had been given to respondent No.2 despite the fact that petitioner is no more partner to this firm.
