Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition, however, he may be protected for a period of 15 days to enable him to remove the fish which are lying in the pond.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 states that he has no objection.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is granted fifteen days' time to hand over the possession of the pond to the Gram Panchayat concerned. The petitioner shall remove the fish within the said period. An undertaking to this effect be furnished by the petitioner with the Block Development and Panchayat AMAN JAIN 2026.04.20 09:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
