PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Challenge in this criminal revision is to the order dated 28.02.2012 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, whereby application moved under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for summoning Surjit Singh - respondent No.2 as an additional accused, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the State has produced death certificate of respondent No.2 showing that he has died on 03.09.2014. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
