(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuing direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to handover the investigation of case bearing FIR NO.252 dated 09.07.2016 under Sections 420, 406, 506, 34 IPC registered with Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari, to any independent agency and to arrest the culprits. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Pawan Kumar submits that the challan stands submitted, charges have been framed and 03 out of 17 prosecution witnesses have been examined. The next date before the Trial Court is 30.09.2022.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
