On the last date of hearing, respondent No.4 has been given up as unnecessary. Learned State counsel has filed the status report today in the Court by way of affidavit of Gurwinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Shri Hargobindpur. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

As per the status report, the allegations, mentioned in the complaint, have been found false after a detailed enquiry and the filing of the cancellation report has been recommended.
