Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3-Taekwondo Federation of India to decide the representation dated 24.01.2023 (Annexure P-14), and grant affiliation to the petitioner-association as the only member unit for the State of Punjab.

After arguing for some time, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the pending appeal/representation dated 24.01.2023 (Annexure P-14) before respondent No.3.
