Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned notices dated 12.12.2024 to 23.12.2024, Annexures P-8 to P-31 issued by the Collector, Sub Division, Jind-cum-Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Jind. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned notices have been issued, which have been duly responded to by filing objections, however, these have not been decided. He thus prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that a decision thereon shall be taken within a period of 4 weeks, after granting an opportunity of hearing and by passing a speaking order, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners.
