M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) For having been found in possession of 600 gms. of intoxicating powder containing dihenoxylate, the petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 8.8.2013.

On asking of the Court, it has been informed that five witnesses out of seven have already been examined. Taking into consideration the above said fact, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the prosecution shall produce the remaining witnesses within a period of two months. The trial would be concluded within a period of three months. It is ordered that in case the prosecution agency is not able to conclude the prosecution evidence within the period of two months, after next date of hearing fixed before the trial Court, the trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the its satisfaction (M.M.S. BEDI) February 20, 2015.
