(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.385 dated 10.08.2017 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 285, 506 IPC and Section 27/54/59 of Arms Act, at Police Station NIT Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 30, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 30, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
