At the outset, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently the order passed in the appeal dated 18.07.2024 (Annexure P-5) could not be challenged and, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for.
