Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for quashing complaint No.56 dated 29.10.2009 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including order dated 19.12.2012 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that case is listed before the trial Court now for defence evidence, if any, and arguments.

Since, in the present case, prosecution has already concluded its evidence and the case is listed before the trial
